We Are Stronger Together
AWAU is a cooperative of professional, local and international animal welfare advocates. Through collaboration with global supporters, we are able to enhance animal welfare programs throughout Uganda. The diverse programs of alliance members focus on promoting humane and compassionate treatment of all animals. We achieve this through a comprehensive framework of core values.

To facilitate collaboration among animal welfare advocates, to develop and promote uniform animal welfare standards, and sensitize stakeholders to the work of animal welfare organizations in Uganda.
